IP E-Game Ventures, Inc. (“EG” or the “Corporation”), in the attached disclosure dated February 14,
2012, stated that:
 

IP E-Game Ventures Inc. (E-Games), the listed online gaming subsidiary
(PSE:EG) of IP Ventures, Inc., and Level Up! Inc. (LUI), have reached an
agreement to merge their Philippine online game publishing businesses. On
February 14, the parties signed an agreement stating that most of E-Game’s titles
and assets relating to its game publishing business will be transferred to LUI and
the publishing operations of said titles will be merged into LUI’s associated online
game publishing company, Playweb Games Inc.
In exchange, E-Games will receive equity in LUI, a commercial interest in Playweb
Games Inc. (game publisher and operator of all game titles and services under the
Level Up! brand in the Philippines), and a cash consideration. The parties shall
work in good faith to complete the deal. The appropriate disclosures and
comprehensive statements shall be made at the appropriate time.
E-Games and LUI, as a merged entity, is expected to strategically benefit both
companies as a result of future operational synergies and savings.

Likewise, attached in the disclosure is the Corporation’s press release on the matter.
In relation thereto, the Corporation, in a separate letter, requested the Exchange for a voluntary
trading halt of its shares. The Corporation stated that:
In relation to the corporate disclosure of IP E-Game Ventures, Inc. (“EG” or the
“Corporation”) entitled “EG and Level Up Combined Philippine Online Game
Publishing Businesses”, and in order to give the public sufficient time to digest the
said disclosure, the Corporation requests for a trading halt effective immediately
and to be lifted one hour after dissemination.

Given the foregoing request of the Corporation, the Exchange implemented a halt on the
trading of EG shares today, February 14, 2012, which commenced at 11:12 A.M. and will be
lifted at 1:42 P.M.

The Exchange will inform the Trading Participants and the investing public of further developments
on the matter.

Sir Windsor will warp you to the test area. Enter the chat room that says "Knight Test Waiting Room" and you should be warped to the first room shortly. There are 3 rooms in this test, each filled with monsters. The time limit you can spend in each room is 3 minutes, simply kill everything in each room as fast as possible. After each room is cleared you will be warped to the next room. If you are finished with all 3 rooms or you reached the time limit, you will be warped back to the Knight's Guide. Simply talk to him again if you failed and need to retake the test.

When you completed the test, talk to Sir Windsor again for comfirmation. He'll ask to talk to Chivalry Captain Herman who will direct you to Lady Amy Beatris for the fourth test.

In this test, you will be warped to a room with some porings, lunatics, chonchons, spores etc. The point of this test is to see if you can stay calm. You do not have to do anything, simply stay in the room until it annouce the test has been completed. DO NOT hit / kill any of the monsters in the room, it will auto fail you as soon as you hit on any of the monsters. The test will last for 4 minutes, so just find something else to do, leave your character afk on screen.

Once you completed the test and got warped out, talk to Sir Edmund again for comfirmation. He'll ask to talk to Chivalry Captain Herman who will direct you to Sir Grey for the last test.

This test is more like a general interview before you become a knight. You can answer the questions the way you feel that fits your personality. In the end, he'll let you pass and ask you to speak to Chivalry Captain Herman where he will change you into a Knight finally.

You will get 3 Awakening Potions if your job level is below job 50 when you become a knight. If you are job level 50, you will get 7 Awakening Potions.

McDonald’s confirms no longer using Pink Slime chemical in hamburgers

McDonald's announced last week that, as of last August, is has stopped using ammonium hydroxide in the production of its hamburgers. MSNBC reports that the chemical, used in fertilizers, household cleaners and even homemade explosives, was also used to prepare McDonalds' hamburger meat.

 Here are some list of chemicals

Propylene glycol: This chemical is very similar to ethylene glycol, a dangerous anti-freeze. This less-toxic cousin  prevents products from becoming too solid. Some ice creams have this  ingredient; otherwise you'd be eating ice.

  

Carmine: Commonly found in red food coloring, this chemical comes from crushed cochineal, small red beetles that burrow into cacti. Husks of the beetle are ground up and forms the basis for red coloring found in foods ranging from cranberry juice to M&Ms.

Shellac: Yes, this chemical used to finish wood products also gives some candies their sheen. It comes from the female Lac beetle

.L-cycsteine: This common dough enhancer comes from hair, feathers, hooves and bristles.

Lanolin (gum base): Next time you chew on gum, remember this. The goopiness of gum comes from lanolin, oils from sheep's wool that is also used  for vitamin D3 supplements.

Silicon dioxide: Nothing weird about eating sand, right? This anti-caking agent is found in many foods including shredded cheese and fast food chili.

Mcdonalds senior director Todd Bacon has posted a statement in website

"At the beginning of 2011, we made a decision to discontinue the use of ammonia-treated beef in our hamburgers.  This product has been out of our supply chain since August of last year. This decision was a result of our efforts to align our global standards for how we source beef around the world."

The U.S. Agriculture Department classifies the chemical as "generally recognized as safe." McDonald's says they stopped using the chemical months ago and deny the move came after a public campaign against ammonium hydroxide.

The food industry uses ammonium hydroxide as an anti-microbial agent in meats, which allows McDonald's to use otherwise "inedible meat."
